This is a small collection of images I have shot for magazine assignments back when I was shooting still images. Each title is linked to an image. These were shot with a consumer 3 megapixel point and shoot camera in a housing with a 100 degree wide angle lens. Nothing fancy on the equipment, but it did get the job done. These images were created while breath hold, or Freediving.

• Aharon Solomon - Aharon Solomon, 70 year old freediver, ascends from 80 feet in the Blue Hole, a 63F Artesian Well in Santa Rosa, NM.
• Ascent in Long Beach - Freedive Instructor Kirk Krack ascends from a freedive off the coast of California in 2001 during a Performance Freedive Clinic
• Static Apnea Training - Students perform static apnea, or breath holds, during a Performance Freedive Clinic in Long Beach, California.
• Surface Rest - A student and instructor rest at the surface while I shoot upwards from 30 feet during a magazine photo assignment on the Performance Freedive Clinic. This image was captured while freediving.
