The City of Eugene asked bluprojekt to produce a video that discusses the various aspects of Eugene’s Infill Compatibility Project Study.  Since Eugene has an Urban Growth Boundary,  much of the existing property owners are choosing to subdivide their lots to generate income from developers building on their property.  But with that infill comes the issues around aesthetics, livability, etc.

This video project seeks to address many of the issues surrounding this hotly debated topic.  I worked closely with Kayre Axe, Senior Program Coordinator for Metro Community Planning with The City of Eugene Planning and Development Division.  We worked closely to edit the final project under a short deadline.  The final result impressed all who are involved in the study given the short timeline to shoot, edit and deliver the final video project.
